Digify Experts provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC advertising (Google Ads and Meta Ads), social media marketing, Shopify development, and local SEO. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately in writing (proposal, contract or service agreement) between Digify Experts and the client before work begins.
Digital marketing outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions, ad performance) depend on many factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions and competitor activity. We commit to applying professional expertise and transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue or return on investment unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Timely delivery of services often depends on the client providing necessary access (e.g. ad accounts, website/CMS access, brand assets) and timely feedback. Delays in client responsiveness may affect project timelines.
Payment terms, invoicing schedule and cancellation conditions are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal signed with each client, not by this general web page.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative assets, strategy documents and campaign materials developed for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Digify Experts retains the right to reference completed work (with client permission) in its own portfolio and case studies.
We treat client business information, account access and campaign data as confidential and do not share it with third parties outside of what's necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g. ad platforms, analytics tools).
Digify Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account suspensions outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
